You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your sky234 Account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and any other actions taken while logged into your Account, regardless of whether those actions were authorized by you.
sky234 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfer. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time and will be displayed on the Deposit page within your Account.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. As a general guide, GCash and PayMaya deposits start from ₱100. Bank transfer minimums may be higher and are subject to the processing bank's own requirements.
GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your sky234 Account instantly upon confirmation of payment. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your Account balance, depending on the sending bank's processing times.
All funds deposited into your sky234 Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in the funds being returned and the Account being reviewed.
Players may request withdrawal of their real-money Account Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section.
Before any withdrawal is processed, you must complete sky234's KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification process. This requires submission of a valid government-issued photo ID and, in some cases, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. KYC verification is a one-time process for most players, though sky234 may request updated documentation periodically.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are not eligible for withdrawal until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the Bonus Funds and associated winnings being forfeited.

All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit for each bonus are stated in the promotion's individual terms. In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical fault that affects the outcome of a game round, sky234 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account. sky234 is not liable for any losses or missed winnings resulting from a game malfunction.
If a Player is disconnected from the Platform during an active game round, the game will continue to its natural conclusion based on the RNG outcome already in progress.
